How to book Mastercard Hotelnight
Stay the night in one of the most beautiful hotels of Amsterdam, or roam the festival without a hotel room. Below you’ll find exactly how and when to book.

Stay the night: the package
The Mastercard Hotelnight package is for two people and consists of a double room at a participating hotel plus two festival tickets that are valid on both days. Hotel rooms can’t be booked separately: the package is the only way to stay at a participating hotel during Mastercard Hotelnight. Amsterdam residents don’t pay tourist tax.

Book your package →No hotel room needed? Get a passe-partout
You don’t have to stay the night to be part of it. With a passe-partout, the single festival ticket, you can roam the participating hotels all weekend: tastings, concerts, workshops, dinners, tours. One ticket gives access to the entire programme on both days.
You need a festival ticket for every part of the programme, including a Mastercard Hotelnight dinner or brunch. Hotels don’t sell tickets themselves. You reserve programme items with limited places in the app.
A passe-partout is for everyone, also if you don’t live in Amsterdam. From 5 October, single passe-partouts are on sale in the app and on the website, as an Early Bird offer.

Do I need a Mastercard?
For the Mastercard Presale on Saturday 19 September you did: it was exclusively for Mastercard cardholders from the Amsterdam region. Since Sunday, every Amsterdam resident can book a package, also without a Mastercard. A single passe-partout is for everyone.
Can I book just a hotel room?
No. During Mastercard Hotelnight, hotel rooms can only be booked as a package, including two festival tickets.
Can I take part without staying the night?
Yes, with a passe-partout. They’re on sale from 5 October in the app and in the ticket shop, as an Early Bird offer, and give access to the entire programme on both days.
What isn’t included in the package?
Travel, transport, parking, meals, drinks and hotel extras.
Can I cancel?
No, bookings for Mastercard Hotelnight are non-refundable.
