Fitness Zuiver is a gym in Amsterdam where you can go straight into the sauna after training: at Zuiver, exertion and recovery sit side by side. There are more than sixty group classes a week, from boxing, cross training and BodyPump to yoga, and trainers who coach you personally. After a tough class, the saunas, pools and relaxation rooms of the spa are waiting; as a fitness member you pay for these separately, unless you have a wellness membership. A trial class is free.
