On the edge of the Amsterdamse Bos lie thirteen thousand square metres of wellness: saunas, warm baths, relaxation rooms and a large garden. There is a programme of rituals, from a steam bath and fire ceremony to yoga nidra and sound healing, and there are massages and hammam treatments inspired by care rituals from all over the world. You stay for a few hours or a whole day. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday you wear swimwear; on the other days the spa is clothing-free.
