Warm tones and dark wood make Fitz’s Bar an intimate cocktail bar by Oosterpark, where the 1920s aren’t quite over yet. The classics on the menu are inspired by the cultural movements of the twentieth century, made with modern techniques and ingredients you wouldn’t expect, as in the perfumed Essence N°5. Gault&Millau named Fitz’s Bar Cocktailbar of the Year 2026. It is a bar for long conversations late into the evening.
