VanOost is the fine dining restaurant at Pillows by Oosterpark, where French and Japanese cuisine meet. You decide how long the evening lasts: an extensive menu of several courses, or two courses if you want to head further into the city afterwards. There is a vegetarian menu, and for a private dinner you can hire the whole restaurant for yourself.
