At KIRI, lunch comes to the table in a single bento box, with a view of the Japanese garden of Hotel Okura in Amsterdam. There is only one dish: a signature bento, a modern version of the classic Japanese lunch box, in which flavour, texture and presentation are carefully balanced. It is a lunch to pause for a moment in the middle of the week. On the first Sunday of the month, the bento comes with some more exclusive ingredients.
