For a gym in Amsterdam city centre, you walk straight from the Sofitel SPA into the fitness room, which is open day and night. You train on Technogym’s Kinesis system, on cross trainers and on bikes, and with a personal trainer on request. The room is for hotel guests and members of the hotel’s club.
