Renvy

On the Prinsengracht, in the former public library that houses Andaz, restaurant Renvy cooks to the rhythm of the seasons. The kitchen works with local ingredients and refined technique, and finds its inspiration in Dutch heritage and in flavours you remember from childhood. Nature decides what ends up on the plate. The name is a nod to the word envy: anyone still waiting for a table looks enviously at those already seated.
