Prins & Aap

Prins & Aap is a cocktail bar with a kitchen overlooking the Canal Ring, from lunch to the last cocktail. The ingredients come from the neighbourhood, the interior is Dutch design, and behind the bar cocktails are made with care. Every day between five and six there’s a Jenever Hour: you taste two jenevers, hear the story behind them and then choose your own glass. In one hour you get to know a drink that runs deep in Dutch history.
